Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
